8. Cookies, Local Storage & Anonymous Telemetry

We use browser localStorage and sessionStorage solely to remember your chosen calculator units (grams vs. ounces vs. pounds), species preference (dogs vs. cats), and temporary session state so you do not lose your calculation progress upon page refresh. We do not use third-party invasive cross-site tracking cookies.
